General ComplaintsThe Alamo Colleges District values feedback from its students and is committed to providing students with an avenue to express concern or dissatisfaction with a person, service, or process that requires clarification, investigation, and resolution. Students can make a complaint, including anonymous complaints, at any time by submitting the online student complaint form. The General Complaint form is intended to address concerns not covered by other District policy to include the Code of Conduct, Title IX, Academic Integrity, Behavioral Intervention (SOBI), Petitions, Appeals, and Grievances. Upon receipt, the complaint will be directed to the appropriate department for resolution. |
